In the history-rich residential and banking building of the Mendelssohn family in Berlin is where the headquarters of one of Germany’s largest project developers is located, HGHI-Holding, founded by Harald Gerome Huth. For the refurbishment, in line with historical site preservation requirements, was the idea of harmoniously combining history, sophistication, and modern working.
CLASSIC SWAROVSKI CHANDELIER
The journey for Gisa Narracott and her team began in the year 1770, when the magnificent building was being erected. They then went through all design eras, back to the present and ahead to the future.
In the traditional, grand staircase and the lobby, Gisa chose to consistently remain close to the historical style – with a classic Swarovski lustre. And this was just the beginning.
