Tangent is an adjustable floor lamp inspired by geometric principles. The shape and simplicity of the lamp mechanism give it a sculptural quality that invites interaction and exploration of its function. The luminaire consists of two main elements: a linear LED with integrated dimmer in the light tube, which interacts with the second element, the ring on the base. By combining tension, friction and balance, the user can create any desired functional or aesthetic lighting effect and countless scenarios.
