MEETING YOUR WISHES & BUDGET

The creative and service process for a chandelier from LIGHTCOUTURE has been perfectly fine-tuned and harmonized since 2005. Whether in Doha or Phnom Penh, in San Diego or Hamburg – we are on-site for all major projects starting in the planning phase. We work together closely with architects and interior designers.

From the start of the project, we are open to additional ideas and individual adaptations. We deliver worldwide and install the chandelier personally, if desired – down to the last bolt. We keep to the budget and are also there to support you beyond the project’s completion.

PLANNING

In a professional and friendly conversation, we find out your style and clarify questions such as the room size, function of the chandelier and the budget.

PRESENTATION

After collecting all the information and getting a picture of your rooms, we will prepare a suitable offer for you. If required, we will place the chandelier in the rooms with the help of computer programs to present the design.

PRODUCTION

Once you are happy with the selection, your chandelier goes into production. To ensure the product is in excellent condition, we carry out a quality and final inspection.

SHIPPING & INSTALLATION

Finally, we organise the transport and, if required, also follow the build-up of the chandelier. We accompany the process from start to finish and are also there for you after the installation for questions or in case of problems.
